Rick Stephens, Principal Associate of RG Stephens & Associates, is a recognized consultant/advisor and business leader, with experience extending back to 1974.
Rick has worked with some of the most prominent and prestigious businesses in the world, such as Xerox Corporation, University of Texas , Mary Kay Cosmetics, The Veterans Administration, The Atomic Energy Commission, EDS, Pitney Bowes, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and more. Rick has served as a faculty member in the School of Business for Axia College , a division of the University of Phoenix .
Having been an executive officer and board member with 3 different corporations, and an independent business owner himself, his background and qualifications are extraordinary. With over 30 years of business experience, his insights in the areas of Management, Marketing, Leadership, Quality Control, and Cost Containment have been instrumental is the growth of small to mid sized businesses throughout Texas.
