Onsite Corporate Pricing
Corporate pricing is designed for the business or group wanting to train 5 or more people. The classroom is be provided by the business or sponsoring group, along with any refreshments or snacks the group may want available.
Students will be provided with:
- A workbook containing highlights of the class materials with sufficient areas for taking notes
- Writing pad and pen
- A certificate of completion upon satisfactorily completing the class and passing a short exam
- A copy of the booklet "The 10 Fundamental Principles of Superior Customer Service" by Rick Stephens, AInstIB
Pricing is as follows:
- 5 - 10 students $1,200 per class
- 11- 20 students $2,000 per class
- 21 - 30 students $2,550 per class
Resources required: A classroom large enough to accommodate the class size, flip chart stand and paper. A video projector is required. If a projector is unavailable, it can be provided by the instructor with adequate notice. A pre-meeting with management must be conducted to understand any specific objectives of management. The meeting can be conducted by phone and will take approximately 15 minutes.

Classes Outside the Dallas/Fort Worth Area
Our Training Staff is available to conduct classes for companies outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. The fee schedule remains the same. Travel and Per Diem would be extra. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
